AL-MEHDI GROUP was established in Karachi, Pakistan in 1992. Major activities were Textile manufacturing and export to Middle East and Africa.

In 2003 The Group Expanded in Ethiopia, since then the group is growing in Ethiopia. Currently the group employes almost 1800 employees.

The Group carries experience of almost 2 decades.

i. AL-MEHDI MATCH MAKERS PLC, Manufacturer of Safety Matches.
ii. AL-MEHDI INDUSTRIES PLC, Manufacturer of Warp, Rachel and Circular Knit Fabrics and Garments for local market and Exporter of Sportswear to USA and Europe.
iii. AL-HASSAN FOOD INDUSTRIES PLC, Manufacturer of Chewing Gum and Confectionery.
iv. HALAL FOOD INDUSTRIES PLC, Slaughter house & Exporter of Fresh/Chilled Sheep & Goat Meat.
